Dispatch
- Standard products are dispatched in 1–2 working days.
- Personalised products are dispatched after artwork approval, normally within 2–3 working days.
- Large or bespoke orders have a lead time that we confirm with you separately.
Orders placed at weekends, on bank holidays or outside our working hours are processed on the next working day.
Delivery
Once dispatched, UK standard delivery normally takes 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free mainland UK delivery is available on orders over £50 including VAT. Some locations need additional days in transit – for a full list of locations and postcodes, please click here.

Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered outside mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error in the delivery address with sufficient time before that order is dispatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details.
