If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply email us at sales@safesecuresigns.co.uk, call us within 30 days on 01254 59504 or visit our returns page, and we will endeavour to replace your goods, offer a full refund or credit your account.
Personalised and custom-made products are made specifically for you, so they are excluded from change-of-mind returns. They remain covered if they arrive faulty or damaged, or are not produced as approved in your artwork proof.

Up to a 7-year outdoor guarantee
Our materials and inks are guaranteed for up to seven years of outdoor use, depending on material – our sign materials guide gives the guarantee for each one.
Guarantees are subject to the product being suitable for its intended location and being correctly installed and maintained. They do not cover normal wear, accidental damage, vandalism, incorrect installation, chemical exposure, modification, unsuitable cleaning products or use outside the stated product specification. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
